VC20 Video/Audio Intercom Door Bell System (Video Door Phone )
This Video Intercom Door Bell System is a multi-purpose product for monitoring and visually identifying visitors before letting them in your home! The visitor presses the outdoor section button and the inside station sound will stroke a chime. The visitor will automatically appear on the black and white monitor and the user has the option to pick up the phone to answer or simply monitor the visitor. The indoor station has 4-inch CRT screen and features monitor, warning, and unlock buttons. The outside station features a 1/3-inch black and white CCD camera, 92-degree camera angle, and includes mounting hardware. This system has night vision capabilities, giving you complete images outside in the dark. The entry area can be monitored (audio and video) by pressing the monitor button. This Video Intercom System is simple to install and will provide reliable, monitoring operation!

Shipping Information: Orders placed before 3PM PST will usually be processed and shipped out on the same business day based on availability. Orders placed after 3PM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next following business day. Pinecomputer reserves the right to hold orders if items are out of stock, on back order, or otherwise deemed suspicious and fraudulent for up to 30 days. Customers with orders that are out of stock or back ordered will be given the option to cancel the order or continue waiting.
Return Policy : All sales are considered final. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to items that are returned for a cash refund within 30 days upon arrival of the shipment. A defective or damaged item may be returned to exchange for a like item. Items that show obvious signs of negligence or intentional damage are not refundable. After 30 days, the item can only be exchanged or replaced if it is defective. Original shipping costs at time of purchase are not refundable once the item has been shipped. Return shipments are not refundable (except for items that are damaged upon arrival). Products that are not returnable include: Standalone DVR units, software, memory, hard drives, monitors, computer systems, printers and camera lenses.
Warranty:All products sold by us have a 180 day in-house warranty unless stated otherwise; such as those warrantied by the original manufacturer. In-house warranties are good for repair or exchange of like items only. Shipping costs for items that are returned for warranty are not refundable after 30 days. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
