Shipping Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3PM PST will usually be processed and shipped out on the same business day based on availability. Orders placed after 3PM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next following business day.
Return Policy : All sales are considered final. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to items that are returned for a cash refund within 30 days upon arrival of the shipment. A defective or damaged item may be returned to exchange for a like item. Items that show obvious signs of negligence or intentional damage are not refundable. After 30 days, the item can only be exchanged or replaced if it is defective. Original shipping costs at time of purchase are not refundable once the item has been shipped. Return shipments are not refundable (except for items that are damaged upon arrival). Products that are not returnable include: Standalone DVR units, software, memory, hard drives, monitors, computer systems, printers and camera lenses.
Warranty:All products sold by us have a 180 day in-house warranty unless stated otherwise; such as those warrantied by the original manufacturer. In-house warranties are good for repair or exchange of like items only. Shipping costs for items that are returned for warranty are not refundable after 30 days.
